Subquestions
1) What are SLPs' experiences with job-related stress in the state of Georgia?
2) How have SLPs' experiences with the 3:1 service delivery model affected their job-related stress levels?
3)How does using the 3:1 service delivery model affect SLPs' intent to stay in the profession?
2) How have SLPs' experiences with the 3:1 service delivery model affected their job-related stress levels?
3)How does using the 3:1 service delivery model affect SLPs' intent to stay in the profession?

Central Question should come directly from the purpose:
1. What are SLPs' experiences with the 3:1 service delivery model in the state of Georgia?
2. What are SLPs' experiences with job-related stress in the state of Georgia? (OR what are the main factors that contributed to perceived...), but I like their experiences with stress better.
3. How have SLPs' experiences with the 3:1 service delivery model affected their job-related stress levels? (or something like this; you can't ask a yes/no question).
4. How does using the 3:1 service delivery model affect SLPs' intent to stay in the profession? (or something like this; this is more qualitative in nature compared to the question you posed above).
